In Vietnam, the program observes hundreds of companies competing for the coveted title and thousands of employees participating in the engagement surveys.
In this year’s program, De Heus Vietnam outperformed hundreds of other nominees with an exceptional average score. This is achieved by meeting the stringent judging parameters set forth through a holistic assessment of the working culture and the level of employee engagement, which includes multiple rounds of surveys, in-depth interviews, and benchmarking of the results across industries and markets.
This is the second consecutive year that De Heus Vietnam has been honored with the award.
